Sales are Non-refundable. When an item is returned and you will be issued a credit voucher for store credit in the exact amount which can be used at any time for another purchase. Credit voucher must be used within 12 months from date of issue. Please remember that returns must be made within 7 days of purchase for return to be valid.

How do I return my item?
We make this as simple as possible for you! You can bring the item back to the store within 7 days of purchase with your invoice, fill a return form indicating why you’re returning each item. Please note that items must be unworn with their original tags and labels attached for return to be accepted.
What happens if an item purchased is faulty?
Please return your item(s) back to us for assessment. Once we’ve verified the fault we can arrange for a refund to be issued to you. We can only accept faulty items within 7 days of purchase.
I was sent the incorrect item
Oh no! This isn’t what we like to hear. We try our best to serve you as efficiently as possible. If you’ve received something that’s not right, please send a clear photograph to us via email at customercare@kontessa.net or use the WhatsApp chat icon on the bottom right of your screen on the website with the tag of the product against your invoice so we can investigate this.
