Which payment method do you accept?
We currently accept all debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Verve) using Paystack
What delivery service do you offer?
We offer both store pick-up and home delivery options depending on which is suitable for you. Delivery option available for within and outside Lagos.
How do I return my item?
We make this as simple as possible for you! You can bring the item back to the store within 7 days of purchase with your invoice, fill a return form indicating why you’re returning each item. Please note that items must be unworn with their original tags and labels attached for return to be accepted.
Can I amend my order?
Due to the quick turnaround time of our orders, changes to your order should be done within two (2) hours after payment has been made. To ensure we serve you efficiently, please double-check that all details of your order are correct, including items, sizes and shipping address before making payment. If you have any queries regarding your order, you can send us a mail at customercare@kontessa.net or use the WhatsApp chat icon on the bottom right of your screen on the website.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
We aim to keep our stock inventory 100% accurate but in the unlikely event an item is no longer available, we will remove this from your order, offer a similar option or issue you a credit voucher for the exact amount which can be used at any time for another purchase. Credit voucher must be used within 12 months from date of issue. You will receive an email / a call to outline the changes made to your order.
What happens if an item purchased is faulty?
Please return your item(s) back to us for assessment. Once we’ve verified the fault we can arrange for a refund to be issued to you. We can only accept faulty items within 7 days of purchase.
I was sent an incorrect item
Oh no! This isn’t what we like to hear. We try our best to serve you as efficiently as possible. If you’ve received something that’s not right, please send a clear photograph to us via email at customercare@kontessa.net or use the WhatsApp chat icon on the bottom right of your screen on the website with the tag of the product against your invoice so we can investigate this.
Do you offer gift cards/Vouchers?
Yes we do! You can get your Kontessa Gift cards in any amount you require. Send us a mail at customercare@kontessa.net for gift card requests or visit any of our stores nationwide.
